ERIC ZWIGART

The fund is a bridge,
not a billboard.

I run Rock Solid Capital, a private real estate lending fund. This page tells you how that conversation works. It deliberately does not sell you anything.

What it is

The fund issues short-term, secured loans to experienced residential renovation operators. Investors provide the lending capital and earn a preferred return. It is built on the discipline in the standing orders, because I watched what happens to money without them.

  1. Real collateral.

Every loan is secured by a recorded trust deed against a physical property. Not a promise, a lien.

  2. Cushion on every deal.

Lending is capped against after-repair value, so there is equity beneath the loan before anything else happens.

  3. Investors get paid first.

Preferred-return structure: distributions to investors come before the fund takes its profit.

  4. You can ask me anything.

You know who runs your money. You can call, ask hard questions, and see the properties. That is the whole point.

Who it’s for, and who it isn’t

The fund is open to accredited investors only, under SEC Rule 506(c). Accreditation generally means annual income over $200,000 ($300,000 with a spouse) or a net worth over $1 million excluding your primary residence. And it gets verified, every time, before a dollar moves.

If that isn’t you yet, don’t leave: the field reports and the Briefing are free, and they’re written precisely so that when you do qualify, you’ll know what questions to ask anyone who wants your capital. Including me.

Where the numbers live

You will not find return figures, tiers, or terms on this website. On purpose. Numbers belong next to their risk disclosures, inside the offering documents, explained in a conversation where you can push back. Anyone who quotes you a return in a headline is selling; anyone who hands you the documents is lending.

All investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Offers are made only through the offering documents of Rock Solid Capital Investments LLC to verified accredited investors.
